WEDDING PACKAGES
The hire of the walled garden where you can put up your own marquee, Tipi or yurt (which can seat a max of 200 on 6ft round or long tables, or seats 200 on chairs for a buffet), lighting within, service tent, smart ladies and gents trailer loos, Shower, Electrics on site, use of potting shed and walled garden from Friday lunchtime to Monday midday, price is £2000. (Camping in bell tents allowed within the walled garden, extra w/end charge of £60/person. We have a licence to hold weddings on site, £80, and music, food and alcohol can be served until 1am. Accommodation -We can accommodate approx 40 people on and around Penbedw in Bell tents/Yurts/The Farm House and Station lodge, local airbnbs, if your guests allow roughly £50-£60/pp/night for this. Great Mini bus service to drop your guests off at their accommodation provided by Mr Eagles. Beaufort Park and Plas Haford Hotels near Mold, 10 mins away. You can supply your own alcohol, no corkage, alt use one of our converted horse box suppliers/or local publican… a few dates still available for 2023….

FARM HOUSE MARQUEE
The sole use and hire of the Farm House, to include 5 dbl rooms x 2 nights, gardens and pond area, to include wedding trailer loos (£800), refrigerated trailer comes to £4,000, I would put you in touch with the marquee company direct, but I think their charge is approx £4,000, based on the quote they sent me, for a marquee half the size.... (incl of vat), but best to call them direct - Rob, Sky Marquees, Tel : 01352391296/Mbl 07982051130. If we had an Indian summer you might get away with just having an awning over the courtyard garden, maybe with sides, see if Rob has those available , I could send you through their quote for tables and chairs etc and any extras wanted. If you are interested and would like to book with us, to secure the date, I would ask for a non returnable deposit of £1000, and then full payment of £4,000 to be paid 8 weeks prior to the wedding - this includes a £1000 deposit returned once the site is left as found, after the event, so far everyone has had their deposits back!
Lauren is the wedding planner I use, amazing, and has all the info re caterers, coaches, taxis, bands etc that you would want, best money spent…! But it sounds like you have good family friends who would be willing to do/ provide all help on the day etc, for you.
Both venues, have a wedding licence, food and alcohol and music licence until 1am, camping in bell tents allowed, no corkage. To be left on an as found basis. Nb (any deep fat fried food would required extra generator).
